I am a Executive Leader and Founder and Lead Pastor of Restoration Church and Howard International Ministries. I have been working with Coach Dowell as my “Brilliance Coach” for the last year. I was inspired through Coach Dowell’s wisdom to leverage my leadership skills and experience as an Executive Leader to launch a Mentoring and Coaching Cohort for young leaders and those who aspire to be a leader.
Coach Dowell helped me move beyond the fears and the excuses to doing it even if I have to build as I go. MEET THE BRILLANCE COACH
Robert Dowell is a five-fold ministry and kingdom entrepreneur, coach. He has been in ministry and coaching since 1990. He is an author, instructor and senior pastor, and founder of New Life Fellowship Church in Lawton, Oklahoma. He is a former middle school teacher and United States Army veteran. He is married to Alicia Dowell and the proud father of five adult sons and two grandchildren.
